The Law of Attraction | Discover How To Control Your Mind

Simply put, the Law Of Attraction is one of the most powerful laws in the entire universe. It is always in motion. When you are looking to achieve success whether at work, in a relationship, if you want more money, more peace of mind, or anything else, you can do it with your own thoughts, either consciously or subconsciously. 

Ultimately, the Law of Attraction says that you will attract into your life whatever you focus on. This means that if you stay focused on the good and positive things in your life, you will automatically attract more good and positive things into your life. On the other hand, if you are focused upon lack and negativity, then that is what will be attracted into your life.


How Does The Law Of Attraction Work?

Overall speaking, like attracts like. So, if you feel passionate, happy, excited, abundant, you are sending out positive energy. On the other hand, if you are feeling anxious, angry, bored, stressed out, resentful, or sad, you are sending out negative energy.

The universe, through the Law of Attraction, will respond to both vibrations. However, the universe itself doesn’t decide which one is better for you. It just responds to whatever energy you are creating, and it gives you more of the same. You get back exactly what you put out there.

As you can easily understand, this means that you can only get success and abundance in your life if you think about them. In case you keep thinking about the things you did wrong and that you are poor, you will attract these negative things. 

To control your mind and use the Law Of Attraction, you should keep in mind that it is a process with 3 different steps:

Step #1: Only Ask For What You Want

As we already mentioned above, you are constantly sending your requests to the universe. Most of the time, you don’t even realize that you’re doing so. But the truth is that you do it no matter if you are thinking, reading, or talking. Due to this, most of the time, you end up sending the wrong requests. 

If you think about it, all those times when you are complaining about a task, about your job, when your kid did something wrong, these are all negative thoughts that attract these same negative things over and over again. While they are not deliberate, they occur. 

This means that you need to be more aware of what you think and feel. Ultimately, you need to not only decide what you want but also practice feeling those emotions you’ll experience when you have it.

  • How would you feel once you’ve “arrived” at your goal?
  • What would you be doing throughout your day?
  • Who would you be spending time with?

Step #2: You Have To Believe You Will Get What You Want And Take Action

While you may train your mind to think about positive things all the time, the truth is that you have to believe in what you’re thinking as well. It’s deciding with conviction that what you want will absolutely happen. But this is not always easy.

The truth is that many people have limiting beliefs that keep them from allowing abundance and success into their lives. This means that you must first change your limiting beliefs into thoughts that you are deserving, worthy, lovable, desirable, and capable. That you are smart enough, strong enough, attractive enough, rich enough, good enough, and “enough” in every other way that matters to you. As soon as you manage to believe, it is time to take action. 

Step #3: Receive What You Want

Finally, by controlling your own mind, your own thoughts, you will finally receive what you want. It is a matter of focusing on creating positive emotions of love, joy, appreciation, and gratitude throughout your day.

You can also practice feeling the emotions you would be experiencing if you already had what you wanted. 

Bottom line, as with everything in life, this takes time and practice. However, the more you put a conscious effort into attracting what you want, and following these steps, the easier it will become.
